We do not provide horse or wagons. You will have to provide your own.
Yes, we allow for early arrival on Thursday and late departure on Monday. If you are getting a camper hookup, there is an extra per night charge for early arrival.
Sorry but we do not reserve camping spots. First come, first served.
Dogs are allowed on the property BUT THEY MUST REMAIN ON A LEASH AND IN CONTROL OF AN ADULT! NO EXCEPTIONS!
We do have a LIMITED number of stalls however they are not exactly close to the camp site. Availability is never guaranteed. If you are interested in renting a stall you will have to contact Jimmy Johnson to discuss it PRIOR to the event.
Yes, you can picket/corral your horses inside the campground. You should bring any equipment/lines that you will need.
Yes. Everyone should bring what supplies they think they will need, but we will have hay available for purchase. Supplies are limited.
Yes. For horse riders, we have multiple well marked trails that can take you thru approx. 30 miles of the most beautifully wooded forest land in Hancock County. Wagons will also ride on different trails/routes each day.
We will have guided wagon trains. Horse riders can chose to ride on your own if you like or ride with the wagons. The trails are well marked.

Please do not leave any trash on the trails as it is all private property.
No it is not required, but it is best. The majority of the trails are in wooded areas but there are areas of gravel and paved roads, and rocky terrain in some parts of the trails.
Yes. All equine are required by Law to be able to show proof of a recent Coggins Test.
Wagons will leave out at 9am each day. Horse Riders can ride at your lesiure. If guided, horses will leave out at 10am each day.

No, we do not provide any food at meal times on the trail. Participants should bring any lunches, snacks, drinks, etc. that they wish to have with them on the trail.
* Whatever you pack in.. you pack out! Please plan for your own trash removal and do not leave trash on the trails.
Sunday Lunch - If you chose to join us for Cowboy Church during the Sunday morning ride, dinner on the grounds is provided following the service.
Yes we will have a food vendor available for certain meals. Please see the schedule above.
Restaurants are limited as we are in a small town, but there are a few local and fast food places.
Yes we have a bath house with restroom and showers available.
There will not be any medical personnel available on site. Hospitals/clinics are located in the surrounding counties of Baldwin, Putnam, and Greene.

Johnson Farm is a private farm in Sparta Ga where we hold various events such as Music Fests, Shoot To Retrieve Competitions, as well as Horse Trail Rides & Wagon Trains.
